APPROACH
SPACE PLANNING
Initial sketch and test fit planning to ensure client requirements and spatial expectations are being met and align with buildability.
SCHEMATIC
Conceptual package which encapsulates the design intent through look & feel imagery, materiality and spatial sketches.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Development of key floor plans, elevations and joinery detailing. These documents are read alongside the finishes, fixtures and equipment schedules, which is of high-level information to be communicated to the client.
DOCUMENTATION
Full documentation package, schedules inclusive to be provided to the client for review prior to tender and construction phases.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Liaise with contractors and client to ensure project time, budget and design corresponds with project scope. Direction with site queries in relation to design, review of shop drawings, materiality and manufacturing is in accordance with design and relevant building regulations.
FURNITURE STYLING & CURATION
The client will be provided with furniture styling and specification advice on furniture selections, soft furnishings, art-work and curation of accessories, to bring to life their design vision. Detailed furniture floor plans and styling guide document will be provided to the client prior to final procurement and delivery.
